Staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Special shout out to Shaukat, who helped me set up the TV and brought extra bottles of water and teabags as requested. The bed was absolutely massive - the biggest I have ever slept in! Very comfortable too. Curtains were blackout and blocked out the light completely. Room was super clean, spacious and cleaned every other day. Lots of storage for suitcases and clothes and cupboards and a mini-fridge so you could live more comfortably. Reception has a little snacks bar so if I was returning late at night, I could still buy fruit or biscuits. There are several mini-marts nearby, one opens until late and has a little chai window. I managed to buy cereal, soya milk and a cheap bowl so I could have breakfast in the room in the mornings. I also bought candles to make the room more cosy and homely as I stayed a week. There is a metro station within walking distance. Al Furjan is an up and coming area with some residences, and is on the red line. It takes at least an hour to get into central areas on public transport but worth it for the cost saving. Taxis can be ordered from reception or on Uber. Most journeys into central Dubai are Dh80-100 and take 30-40 minutes. Metro is much cheaper but slower. Overall, this is a great budget option in a city where there are few money-saving options. These days even the Rove hotel chain isn't budget and it is rare to get change from £100 per night.

For a 2 star hotel - its amazing, they have everything, from room service to, dine in offers, great neighborhood, quiet and clean. Beds are comfy and clean, they have a standing shower, and HOT water! they also have washing machines and dryers, but for a small fee when you want to use them. they also have a pool table to enjoy and friendly friendly friendly staff. And the biggest advantage and greatest asset to this hotel is Mr. Girgis, he is the man in charge of the shuttle service that drops you off to the nearest metro station FREE of charge, and Girgis leaves every half an hour, he was very helpful and a great gentlemen, always smiling and spreading good vibes, always on time and he will also pick you up from the metro station and drops you off at the hotel, also free of charge.

From Check in to Check out, everything was breeze. Big Thanks to Mr. Anas and Osama, Front Desk Staff for their extended support. Special Thanks to Mr. Anas for acting as a Bell Boy even when we checked in to shift our luggage from parking to reception, as the concerned was on prayer break. It was unexpected from a Front desk Staff. First time experience. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The King size Bed we were in were huge with spotless white Pillows, Linens and Blankets. Bathroom was clean and maintained. Overall nice place for relaxation. Calm upmarket residential surrounding with nice walking track. An adjacent provision store added a feather to the property. Highly recommended for budget travelers.

I initially booked this hotel for 4 nights, but I ended up extending my stay for 10 more nights simply because I enjoyed it so much. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Special thanks to Ali at the reception - he’s absolutely the best! Always friendly, quick to help, and just a genuinely good person. Also, a big shoutout to Ritik from housekeeping. He’s very polite, always smiling, and keeps the room perfectly clean and tidy every single day. It’s the little things like this that really matter when you're away from home.

In its category, it is above average. I got much better than I expected. Breakfast is ample choice and very tasty. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a bit far from everything, but with public transport it can be solved. I unfortunately forgot the cleaning name of the room but he was very kind and helpful. Sorry if I'm misspelling it, but it was Itrik or something like that. The name of the receptionist was already much easier to remember, he was Samer and thank you very much for everything.
